Handyman Brad is a locally owned business that places the health and safety of its clients first. We are closely monitoring COVID-19 (coronavirus) and its impact in our community. We have therefore prepared and implement a COVIDSafe Plan to ensure we limit the spread of this virus. We encourage our customers to let us know in advance of an appointment if there are any concerns or they would like us to take special precautions. We will continue to closely monitor the situation surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus and act accordingly.

 

Our Client CovidSafe Commitment to you is to keep your home clean and family safe by:

• Applying social distancing measures while on and off site

• Practice safe hand hygiene and sneezing etiquette

• Wear and carry Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

We ask you to contribute to the health and safety of all involved by considering the following:

​

•  Will you be in the house during the job?

• Will you maintain an appropriate distance while work is being completed?

• If possible can you agree to remotely show me the job to quote you?

• Is there any prep you can do prior to me heading out to the job to limit my interaction and ensure I can complete the job as efficiently as possible once I am onsite?

While we cannot control the severity or unpredictability of this virus, we can take preventive measures to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19.  We are currently acting with prudence in our day-to-day operation with basic preventative safety measures following the guidance set forth by the Australian Government, and World Health Organisation suggestions including:

​

• Cleaning hands with soap often, for at least 20 seconds.

• Using an alcohol-based hand sanitiser when soap and water are not available.

• Keeping the recommended 6 feet from people.

• Cleaning frequently touched surfaces.

• Covering cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throwing tissue in the trash.

• Staying home when sick.
